Got a spare $3.5 million that you don’t know what to do with? Well, if you’d been in Bondi this morning you could have picked up a block of land. Yes, it’s just 120 square metres of dirt with a big hole in the middle, but it would have cost you $29,300 per square metre. Crikey.
On the positive side it does have DA approval “to build a luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home + garaging and level lift access – designed to complement the marine surrounds and ocean views.”
The selling agent was Michael Pallier from Raine and Horne Double Bay, and given that the reserve price was a mere $2.2 million, I reckon he’d have a smile on his face tonight.
